Oath Policy update cant access apps

When i select the menu button to access my apps (Hulu, Youtube, Netflix icons appear at bottom of screen), there is a full page pop-up now informing me that Oath has updated their privacy policy. The only available selection is cancel which returns me to a blank TV screen. I hit menu again and get the pop-up and this cycle repeats. Now my smart TV is just a regular TV, since I can not access any data on the device. Can this be foxed or will I be getting a $900 refund and give you guys the TV back?

ANSWERS:

"I just checked the yahoo app on my E series vizio and yes it does the same thing. If I cared about this (I don't) I would contact vizio support and ask when they are planning to roll out an update to fix this issue. Oddly some of the other yahoo apps like weather and news are not affected on my TV. YMMV

Just now I pressed ok button at that dialog with the cancel button only and it proceeded to some silly yahoo news/video feed with uber annoying sound track that makes me want to shoot my television ... is this what you are missing ?

Try hitting ok button on your remote ... have patience it took about 30 seconds or more for the underpowered thing to load and start the feed up on my TV."
