Samsung 46 inch LCD TV takes 3 cycles to power on? I have a Samsung LN46A550P3FXZA 46 inch LCD TV. Screen shows a cloth-like image until the picture arrives on the third cycle. Capacitors appear fine, no doming on top ANSWERS:
