Samsung 61'' DLP will not power on.

My Samsung 61" DLP Tv will not power on. I changed the bulb with no good results. Could you please tell me where and how to check this Tv for the problem. The Tv makes a fuzzy sound when the power button has been press but no sound or picture is viewable. Thank you
