Stuck Steering wheel/ Ignition key lock

Stuck Steering wheel/ Ignition key lock 2014 Chevy Equinox 2.4 Auto awd Cannot turn ignition key to start vehicle, steering wheel is locked, steer wheels are centered (not turned) transmission gear shift is all the way into park position, Key is clean and ignition switch has been cleaned and lubed. Remote start did work but not now, Battery checks out good. Power locks and alarm work fine
