The sound on my Viera is not working. I've tried the basics. Help!

Hi there! My Viera stopped working, blocked on the panasonic screen and kept rebooting. I've put an update on a fat formated USB stick and shoved it in It’s back. Fine enough, is working now but it won't connect to the wireless and has no sound. I've tried all the setting, restored to default, even restored everything to factory settings. If I plug the headphones it puts out the sound but that is about it.
