TV flashes and only responding to some remote buttons
I have Panasonic Tx58dx750b, I am able to go to the menu, change TV channels, turn the TV on/off and adjust the volume but nothing else works. When pressing other buttons like “Home” or “Apps” the TV’s green light blinks but the TV doesn’t do anything, initially I thought it might be the remote, got a brand new replacement remote but getting exact same issues. The TV is showing pictures and sound is coming through the speakers but all of it’s smart features are not working
