Warm Fridge cold freezer

"Hi,

Here’s an image of your fridge found in this catalogue from Parkers.

It appears that it is not a frost free model but otherwise it appears to be a conventional fridge design

Are you sure that there is no fan inside the freezer compartment, behind a panel at the back of the compartment?

Are there any vents at the back of the freezer compartment or the fridge compartment?

If there is no fan near the evaporator unit which is inside the freezer compartment at the back behind the panel (it produces the cold temperatures) then the design must be relying on cold air falling down from the freezer section into the refrigerator section via a chute (as they are two separate compartments) to cool it down.

The air damper control opens and closes to let the proper amount of cold air into the refrigerator compartment. If the damper does not open properly, it won’t let enough cold air into the refrigerator. Check the damper control to determine if it is broken or stuck closed.

This is usually located on the wall between the fridge and freezermin the lowest compartment. Usually the is a slide which can be adjusted."
