Where is the oil pan located?

Where is the oil pan located? My van is about 10,000 over due for an oil change and my parents want me to do it myself (i'm 16). I was wondering where the oil pan on it is. I looked the other day and found the oil filter, oil pan, and trans pan, but I'd rather not accidentally start draining out my trans fluid. I'm relatively good with cars, I've just never changed the oil in this vehicle before. The van has a 3.3L v6 driving the front wheels if that matters

The oil pan is located on the bottom of your engine. Locate the oil drain plug on the oil pan, just take a look at the picture. It shows what your oilpan looks like when you look up. Also not sure if you are using a jack to lift your vehicle or ramps, but whatever you use, set your parking brake and place something behind your wheels to avoid the vehicle from rolling back. SECURE your vehicle to prevent injury. Remove the drain plug and allow the oil to drain out. When it's done, reinstall the plug and be careful that you do not over-tighten it. Good Luck
