Why is my 3 year Kenmore refrigerator not cooling correctly?

Why is my 3 year Kenmore refrigerator not cooling correctly? My 3 year old Kenmore door in door refrigerator is not cooling to the right temperature. Both the freezer and refrigerator. My “mr fix it, mechanic” dad has done everything he can think of. Cleaned all fans/coils, underneath also, removed all panels, defrost, looked for ice build up, etc and it's still not working.

im sure its to late but I also had similar in summer of 2020 and now im here in 5/2021 with the same problems. We purchased the 10 year warranty (not worth it). Here we are in our third year of owning the warranty and having the same problem. The computer has to to be regularly updated according to the tech that was at my home last year. Mind you Im less then a year out and and my computer needs to be updated once again. And once again I am in a situation with losing 400+ in food
