The Malaysia Ministry of Information, Communication and Culture (MICC),
National Department for Culture and the Arts (NDCA), and the Prime
Minister's Department will conduct the International Children's Arts and
Culture Festival 2011 with the theme, " Amazing Kids" on December 6-12,
2011, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
This activity aims to: - recognize the exceptional children with artistic talents from the seven (7) participating countries;
- enhance their networking skills; and
- strengthen camaraderie among them.
Invited to participate in this Festival are children with artistic talents from the Philippines, Republic of Korea, China, Japan, Singapore, India, and Qatar. The participants' accommodation, transportation and meals in Malaysia will be borne by the Government of Malaysia.
