In a business enterprise, customer service is part of establishing a good relationship between the customer and the supplier/business owner. It is an extra you get when you buy a product. For example, if you bought a computer LCD monitor in PC Express and they 'service' it for you, that is to ensure that product is working well. Customer service can be also define as the 'contrast' of products. Products are tangible things, but customer service (such as how you treat the customer's concern) is intangible.
Now you have an idea of what is customer service all about. I assumed that you are already a customer of the two major computer stores in Cebu: PC Express and Octagon. We don't want to hurt both computer stores. We only want to inform them how they treat and serve customers here in Cebu. Information that will be gathered here are the positive and the negative experiences/reactions of the customers to the service provided by both computer stores. We know that whatever inputs you (as a customer) contribute here will serve as driving forces for the customer service improvement of the said computer stores.
