1. Proceed toSP secretariat office to inquire about the Resolution.	1. Checks records for the requested resolution.	Perpetua Cabalda, Receiving	1 minute
2. Proceed to SP Library for electronic search thru the Legislative Tracking System the Resolution No. and Title.	2. Search the for the resolution no. and title.	Gary Castañeda, Data controller.	5 minutes
3. Go back to the SP secretariat office & present to the person-in-charge the Resolution/ordinance No. and Title.	3. Search for the hard copy of the resolution & photocopies it.	Michael Cabantan	3 minutes
4. Client then proceeds to the City Treasurer’s Office for payment	4. Issues Official Receipt	CTO Cashier	10 minutes
5. Wait for the copy of the resolution/ordinance.	4. Stamps the document with a "True Copy” and forwards to City Secretary for signature.	Legislative staff—Mr Michael Cabantan	3 minutes
6. Claim the copy of the resolution/ ordinance.	5. Releases resolution/ordinance copy.		2 minutes
