TM Customer service, im always receiving txt notifications that KA TM! kakagamit mo lang ng Internet mo, kahit hinde naman ako naka data, not even registered sa gosurf promo nyo. kumakain din load ko. 10pesos everytime ma receive ko ang notifications. hinde din naka register sa SMS inbox ko. kaya nag screen shot na lang ako palagi.. hope you have a favorable response on this matter.
Bakit po ganun nagpaload ako nung Feb14 at nag register ako that day tmplan150 then pagka register ko may text kgad duedate ko is Feb16 na agad.. Dba pag tmplan150 half month bago expiration??? Sna mabalik sakin ung lod ko or kc almost 2 days ko lang ngamit hung tmplan150 aba saying ung perang niload ko
sir/ma'am problema ko po ang prepaid number ko kasi lagi nalang po nawawala ang load ko kahit kakarating lang. At ang sabi noong try ko tawag sa costumer service niyo na may utang paw daw ako. Ang tanong ko paano ako magkaka utang? And bakit ganun? sana naman maayos ninyo ang problema kung ito.
