The 2012 National Festival of Talents which will be held on April 10-13, 2012 in Iloilo City Region VI was announced through DepEd Memorandum No. 42, s. 2012. However, the guidelines on the conduct of National Technolympics provided in Enclosure No. 7 of the said Memorandum are hereby revised. In this connection, the Department of Education (DepEd) through the Bureau of Secondary Education (BSE) issues the enclosed Revised Implementing Guidelines on the Conduct of Skills Exhibition of the 2012 National Technolympics during the 2012 National Festival of Talents.
