Temporary Operator's Permit - LTO Philippines

I just want to share with you this TOP or Temporary Operator's Permit from LTO Philippines. I was caught riding my motorycle without the Official Receipt (OR) of the Certificate of Registration for 2014. My OR for year 2013 was lost. And this year 2014, I didn't able to renew my motor vehicle. So, when a group of LTO officers conducted a checkpoint operation in our city, I was apprehended and charged for a violation which was "Unregistered Motor Vehicle". And a certain LTO officer issued a TOP to me and he got my driver's license. Below is the TOP or Temporary Operator's Permit (TOP) issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)-Philippines.

I hereby promise to appear at LTO/Traffic/City/Municipal Court above stated before expiration of this TOP within 72 hours to answer the above stated charges. It is understood that if I fail to settle my case within 15 days from the date of apprehension, it will cause the suspension/revocation of my license.
