The Optimized Improvement of Feeding Device of Ball Mill

According to the customer feedbacks, we find that the materials feeding device of the ball has some unreasonable points on the selection of material feeding point. By way of the spot observation in the machinery manufacturing company combined with the powder grinding dynamics principle of the ball mill, we find that there is an unreasonable phenomenon of the rough grinding chamber of the ball mill in the actual production.
Ball mill is a key machine that is used in the second crushing process when the materials are roughly crushed by crushing equipment. In order to optimize the materials feeding device and improve the unreasonable point, we need to modify the materials feeding point and thus reducing the energy consumption and improving the grinding efficiency of the ball grinding mill.

Measures of improving the design of the material feeding of the ball mill:

1. Decrease the granularity of the materials that go into the grinding chamber; improve the ventilation of the mill which plays an important and key role in improving the production ability of the milling machine and the quality of the final products.

2. Improve the ventilation inside the milling equipment and many mining machinery manufacturing companies have made a lot of efforts and exploration in this aspect.

3. Installing a blast on the head of the ball mill and adding the air draft of the end of the mill has achieved significant effects. However, it also increases the energy consumption of the air blow and the processing difficulty of the dust removing system of the end of the mill. For this reason, the most feasible method is to improve the materials feeding mouth.
