Metrobank Replacement Fee For Lost ATM Card

If you lost your Metrobank ATM card, you will be charged by the bank a certain replacement fee which is P150. This charge is used for the costs of maintaining and servicing the lost ATM card.
This replacement fee might increase in the future. Metrobank will inform the public for any changes of the replacement fee.

Puwede po ba na mag pa replacement ako ng atm debit card sa ibang branch ng metrobank? Nagka crack kase yung atm card ko kaya hindi na po sya ma verify ng atm machine. Hindi ko din po ma afford na bumalik sa branch na pinag kuhaan ko ng card. Umaasa po akong masasagutan ang aking katanungan. Salamat

i already block my lost card then the metro bank provided me a form.I dont know what am i going to do with this. Papanotary ko pa ba?
