what is my us dollar routing number of my chinabank, can anyone help me? my location is kidapawan city Philippines. it is possible to link my dollar chinabank account into my PayPal account so i can withdraw my funds in my PayPal account. it is need to link a us bank account because my PayPal account is address in my previous country in canada. that's why i need a us bank account and it is only a canada bank account or us bank account. please

Hi,

Where can I file a complaint regarding the debited amount from passbook balance?
It's been a year since I requested for reversal and until now Mr Rommel Sunga of Chinabank SM North EDSA keeps on telling me he will request for it.
I was not aware that they have increase the maintaining balance to P5000; thus, been debited P300 monthly (total of P1,200).

Your advice is highly appreciated.

yes, my sister got debited today from your chinabank ATM machine at Sm Bacoor, no guard at the door to report and cannot contact the 1800#, how can we get back the money? my sister is using Landbank ATM card, help!

Hi, I suggest you make your customer service hotline 24/7. I just called 8855555 now because my friend's atm card has been eaten by the machine. We would have wanted the card to be blocked for security purposes but how can her money be safe if it's not blocked and she'd have to wait for 6am tomorrow to block her card. I hope you do something about it. Extend your service to your clients even if it's sunday and it's beyond 5pm.

My Company drop my Loan check at your China Bank ATM by September 2, 2013.
Until now is not been posted and your Bank is deducting my Deposit amount.
Maybe you can help me on this.

good day.. i made my payment for my smart postpaid plan through your ATM @ robinson tacloban last august 15 with trace number of 000424.. until now my payment is not yet posted on my smart plan account. they kept on calling me and charge for the bill i already paid through your ATM.. please kindly help with this concern...
