I got a problem in sending message . but I received message. I can't send a message please I just loaded 60 php.. Then when I see my balance keeps saying please try again then after a few minutes I loaded 30php load .. same problem says please try again.. The worst part is I cant send messages..Please fix this so our money will not be wasted..My TNT number is 09128111752.pls fix this

Why i cant call with your unlicall promo? it always says that i dont have enough balance even in regular load i cant call..so disappointing..please fix it asap!

I recently subscribe to TP20 then after it expired, I cannot call using my regular load..
Everytime I tried to call, it says "your balance is to load 20 pesos mag reload na para tuloy-tuloy ang pag enjoy ng panalong Tnt service, your number cannot be completed and dialed please, check the number and dial again"..
Eventhough the number I dialed was corret..
I also cannot call your costumer service number..
Please help..

hi. good day. i am having trouble mt talk n text sim card when i am registering to promos of TnT. i cant register to U5 to 4445, the systems reply is that my sim is not allowed because the promo is regional, but then my region is included in the cniation they sent me which surigao del sur. plus, when i register to promos with free calls, they told me i dont have enough balance. can you pls help me fix this? i dont want to change sim card due as much as possible. pls do fix this .. thank you
