I buy an e-load yesterday amounting to 55.00 to avail the supersurf50 in my broadband when I register to 8888 it answered me sorry you do not have enough load so I asked my friend to share a load amounting to 10.00 the I try to register again to supersurf again it txtbk that I have no enough load to avail the promo so I bought a prepaid card worth 100.00 and reload immediately to recover my previous e-load and to register in supersurf50 but the total load of 165.00 less 50.00 the remaining balance is only 6.50

hello i dont know how but unfortunately,my tm sim card was blocked.it's asking me to enter the puk code but this has been my sim card for ages and i've already lost the bed of my sim card where they say the puk ode supposed to be found.help me please.

nagload po ako ng reg.10 .then pag check ko wla na akong load.pero may confirmation message po xa na ive been loaded..this happens not just once but everytime na mag load ako.

at pwede po ba , paki deactivate ang number ko sa mga promo ninyo. di u na kailangan i promo kung gugustuhin namin, magsa subscribe kami,. kaso kahit ayaw namin, basta me load ino-automatic subscribe u. kainis talaga. napaka-tame pa ng salita ko sa inyo kahit galit na galit na ako sa system ninyo.

nag load po ako kahapon ng hapon ng P15 pero me load balance ako P5 so total P20. nag try ako mag register ng C10 ng 6pm once, hindi nag register. di na ako nag try ulit, kasi nangyari na sa akin dati sige ako try mag c10 hanggang sa kinain ang P15 ko it happened twice. so kagabi once lang ako nag try. then stop na.this morning sept 26, pinadalhan ako ng free alert na magbibigay kaui sa akin ng 5days free ring tone. delete ko agad.ayoko mag ring tone. nag send na ako ng stop sa 2336 yata yun noon pa. at nag send ng msg na hindi na ako makakatanggap ng offer sa ringtone. then after few minutes wala na ung load ko na P15.
