Why are some of my pictures showing up as blank?

Why are some of my pictures showing up as blank? When I go to my gallery, some of my pictures show up as a black box with another small grey box inside it with a small lightning bolt symbol in the corner of the grey box and when I click on the picture, its a blank/black picture.

I had this happen before it was a fault SD card i lost the pictures.

Am having the same problem with my pouvior2 it has an SD card

My pictures are still there and some are showing up but when I go press them it's still Gray and everything I do it's not working I have a Android
