Crash and bootloop after some time

Hello, I got Alcatel onetouch idol x+ (6030D) for Christmas and it worked amazingly. After 2-3 weeks it randomly crashed and got stucked in a bootloop. Only thing that worked was a factory reset through boot menu, which was also hard to acess due to the restarting.. Anyway, I have accepted that I had to factory reset and went on with no problem whatsoever. Now after another almost two weeks it happened again. The battery is and was charged at both times and the factory reset helped in both cases but I am kind of sure this will happen again. Is it just that the phone is poorly made or do I have a defective piece?

Probably you use some application that is incompatible or catch conflict. The OT-6030 ( and double SIM variant OT-6030D ) is well maded ( for price level ) with simple construction phone. Most defects comes from LCD cracking or somethin like. Just one i was catch eMMC fault. Phone can be easy serviced via online One Touch Upgrade S or offline via SP-FlashTool. Don't worry - it's nice phone for about the money.

I have The Alcatel S'pop 4030a. it works alright except for a thin vertical line that appeared on the screen on night, it doesnt seem os related as it appears even when the phone battery icon appears while turned off and charging, anyone know what might be the problem with this phone?

I've been having my OT6030X for over 3 years. And the crash issue has just begun. Hard reset to factory reset had been applied frequently. But it seems that it doesn't help. Even I don't install any apps out of factory apps but the problem is persistent. Any suggestion?

This phone is crap. As soon as I get a new phone, I'm destroying this one with extreme prejudice.
