Why is my drone is not creating wifi hotspot to connect?

Why is my drone is not creating wifi hotspot to connect? In my parrot ar.drone its just showing red light in all four corners and is not creating wifi hotspot to connect with remote. if any one could help me with this solving.

You reset it by pressing the reset button which is under the battery, where's the unpair button?

The reset button is under the little hole under the battery. Try a touthpicker to reachs the button.
