My tv will not display picture
Last night my tv worked find. I turned it off and went to bed. Today I turned it on and it was still fine. I went to the store and now my tv will not turn on. I just got it in July. I have a whole black screen but there’s still sound.

What is the source of the TV signal, a TV antenna or a ""box"" of some sort?
If a ""box"" try turning off the TV and also turn off the ""box"", wait a minute or so and then turn the ""box' back on again. Wait until it has stabilized and then turn on the TV and check if the TV is now OK.
If still no good as the TV is ""new"" it will still be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Follow the directions in the warranty statement that is with the TV (sometimes can be found in the user guide or go online to Hisense in your location) to find out what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement.
Don't try opening the TV to find out what may be the problem as you will void the warranty."
