Why my mouse is missing sometimes and get back without any reason?

Why my mouse is missing sometimes and get back without any reason? I’m using the mouse and suddenly it’s missing and after few seconds/minutes I got it back without any reason. First I changed the battery but seems to be another problem. I check a wired USB mouse and there is no problem. Can it be a Bluetooth problem? How to check and fit it?
