Banco de Oro (BDO) advises all overseas accountholders (those who are outside the Philippines) that you should send or mail your Original Signed Enrollment Form with Copies of your two (2) valid IDs to your Branch of Account (BOA). You may locate your BOA's complete address by visiting BDO's official website www.bdo.com.ph and click Branches/ATMs on top.
Please note that BDO only accepts the original signed enrollment documents thus, scanned copy is not allowed.
If the enrollment form was sent via mail/courier, BDO regrets to inform you that they don't have a way to monitor it, as such, BDO Enrollment Section will just activate the enrollment as soon as they receive the document, provided that there is no discrepancy in the customer's signature.
You will receive an e-mail notification once your enrollment has been approved. You may start accessing your account/s and do banking transactions 24 hours after the enrollment was approved.
In addition, the system automatically deletes all unprocessed Online Enrollments after 45 days. Therefore, customers are given 45 days to submit the signed enrollment form.
