I was upset to my DSL line, I keep monitoring the speed and surprisingly its very inconsistent. I have 5GB Data with an ave. speed of 1.9 - 2Mbps but I was surprise when the technical said they will reset everyday. Unfortunately there are days that it too freaking very slow at only 0.3 or 0.5Mbps the whole day! and nobody is using the line. How the hell does this happen.

Other issue is my billing, I am update on my bills until this billing mail delayed, now I have to pay for my over due! it is fair or what?? the billing operator says it I have to wait for the bill statement and when I reach to the counter they counter at Island City Mall (ICM branch) says that I can directly approach them. what the hell is going ON!?

you can check my sent email, call etc... on your stupid system!! how many time I've complain this inconsistency service...

I have tried to find a way to complain, correct, address loss of hundreds of pesos in services paid for, loss of minutes in calls and texts. I bought so many times loads that when try use, are gone, bought the best and most loads, those gone, had thousans of texts it said then in 2 days, all gone, no one knows, no one has ability to correct, find, credit, address any complaint. No sales person knows anything, no sales person takes complaints, no sales person addresses a single issue. I am loosing connection, business and money constantly. Is this the business way in here!

Bumili ako ng Globe tattoo postpaid superstick sa SM Lipa Branch. Sabi sa kin pwede ko sya gamitin with the desktop tapos pwede rin sa mobile laptops. Kaso pagdating dun sa lugar namin sa may SABANG Area wala signal. Kulay Pula lagi yung indicated na signal. Kelangan pa ko maghanap ng signal. Kaso di ko talaga sya magamit kasi yung desktop nasa loob ng bahay. Nung pumunta ulit ako sa Customer Service sinabi ko problema sabi sa kin tatawagan daw technical staff para i-boost yung signal sa area (kelangan pa ba yun). Tapos di ko na daw pwede isoli isoli yung device kasi napurchase ko na. E papano nga kung di ko magamit kasi wala kayo signal. Give me good suggestions before i go to the DTI to forward my complain.

Wow naman . . pumunta mga taga globe d2 sa Santander Cebu . . anu ginawa nila . . tiningnan lang yung mga wiring nyu d2 . . grabeh na man wala man lang ginawa o di man alang sila nagtanong kung may problem ba d2 . . anung klacng trabaho yan . . ang hina na nga ng net . . tapos pawala2x pa yung net nyu . . grabe siguru ang pressure na binibigay nyo sa fieldman nyo, tapos basics lng ang alam nila siguru, tapos the way ung fieldman mgtalk is mararamdaman mu talaga na naprepresure sila, tapos there are times na ang mga clients galit na galit na dahil sa matagal na bigyang solution ang problem nila and then ung taga salo/receive ng galet is ung mga fieldman nyo. lol! oi tulungan nyo fieldman nyo ngbibigay nlng ng personal number para lng ma close ang complain ku sa internet connection ganun pa rin ang na e-experience nmin dito. sabi nung fieldman back-up daw sila(uhumnn parang matunog kunte sa tenga kc nga backup daw, expect ku na mas maganda performance nila peo ang sabi lng eh "mgrereset lng sa connection" as we all know tatangalin lng nmn nila ang line namin tapos ibabalik lng tapos ngaun wala pa rin pinagkaiba sa problem ngaun), sa ibang lugar po sila nka destino daw pero sa palagay ku wala siyang pinag.iba sa nka assign na filedman dito sa aming lugar. Good day!
This is to follow and complain about the activation of my Plan 999 specifically for my WiFi Access. I am a businessman and I really need my line activation right away, that's the reason why I got your service. What a poor service you have from the January 20 Application I did to the 24-48 hours promised activation! I have a friend who got a Sim Only Package and his line was activated less 24 hours. You may check his status for reference under the account name Christopher P. Ledesma.

Please do something about it or else I will cancel my application and will do proper complaint on this. These are the details:

2. Date Application: January 20, 2014
3. 1st Application done: Abreeza Davao (c/o John)
4. Advised for defective unit and replaced: January 21, 2014
5. Personally went for the complaint in Abreeza Davao: January 23, 2014 (and advised that the sim is defective and they do not a replacement sim in Abreeza and advised us to go to SM Lanang)
6. Replacement Sim Done and Date: January 23, 2014 (c/o Ingrid) *advised us 24 hours activation.
7. Sim Data: 4132 7001 1025 0889

How can you return us the favor for the efforts, time and transportation costs you have done to us? What a poor service you have and you do not have someone who will call us for updates!
