Good Day po. So globe load retailer po ako and may nagpaload po sa akin ng worth 200 pesos and the balance was deducted from my load, pero hindi daw na receive ng customer yung load during that time. Infinity 'fibre to the home' not working - LOS red light

I have Infinity 'fibre to the home' and woke up this morning to find the 'LOS' light be solid red and no internet connection.



Tried powercycling and rebooting etc. but no luck.



Anyone come across this issue before?

What is the difference between TATTOO and GLOBE At Home connections that causes TLS handshake errors on GLOBE At Home and not on TATTOO? Everything on TATTOO works with no problems. GLOBE At Home I can use secure sites for email and google but not https://www.ebenefits.va.gov/ebenefits-portal/ebenefits.portal or https://www.myhealth.va,gov or https://www.vets.gov/
