Good Day po. So globe load retailer po ako and may nagpaload po sa akin ng worth 200 pesos and the balance was deducted from my load, pero hindi daw na receive ng customer yung load during that time. Akala ko nung una na delay lang dahil may mga previous cases na ganon sa akin pero 3 days na po and wala pa rin daw syang na rereceive na load. Naka save po yung reference number at yung number nung customer in case na kailanganin. Need po ng assistance dahil lugi po kaagad ako ng 200. thanks

I have Infinity 'fibre to the home' and woke up this morning to find the 'LOS' light be solid red and no internet connection.



Tried powercycling and rebooting etc. but no luck.

What is the difference between TATTOO and GLOBE At Home connections that causes TLS handshake errors on GLOBE At Home and not on TATTOO? Everything on TATTOO works with no problems. GLOBE At Home I can use secure sites for email and google but not https://www.ebenefits.va.gov/ebenefits-portal/ebenefits.portal or https://www.myhealth.va,gov or https://www.vets.gov/
