3rd YMCA National Club Advisers’ Seminar-Workshop and Junior Leaders’ Campference

The Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) of Manila through its Elementary School Work Committee will conduct the 3rd YMCA National Club Advisers’ Seminar-Workshop and Junior Leaders’ Campference on January 27-30, 2012 at the Senior Mess, Teachers Camp, Baguio City. With the theme "Fostering a Positive Emotional Climate Towards Leadership Excellence,” the Campference specifically aims to:

1. help the participants develop leadership attitudes and skills conducive in facing new challenges which foster unity, cooperation and good governance in the home, school, community and the country:
2. demonstrate to them the processes which lead to harmony/unity or conflict and be aware of the approaches to constructive conflict resolutions geared towards leadership excellence; and
3. enable them to prepare a work plan or intervention program which will address disciplinary problems in school.
   

This activity is open to elementary pupils and teacher-advisers from both public and private schools especially Grades IV-VI junior leaders involved in leadership seminars/trainings in their respective schools.

A registration fee of Four Thousand One Hundred Pesos (PhP4, 100.00) will be charged to each participant to cover operational expenses such as food, accommodation, materials, miscellaneous and other related expenses.
