But you must be aware of the cost of the call and the duration of the call. It might take you 10 minutes to call the customer service.

If you want free, just go inside the bank and withdraw or transact. It's free to withdraw over-the-counter.

If you forgot your ATM PIN, you can ask for help in the bank. Some banks like BDO (Banco de Oro) requires you to replace your ATM card if you forgot your ATM pin. So you must take good care of your ATM PIN. Keep a hard copy of it in a secure and private place.

Banks limit ATM PIN tries up to three times to minimize unauthorized access of your ATM card. If banks don't limit that, it will be easy to guess your ATM PIN for several tries. Most ATM PIN correspond to birthdates or special dates.
