This email formalizes my notice and complain to Sky Cable (CAT) with reference to the auto-deduct made by Citibank last March 20 (see below).

Please be informed that I have not subscribed to any CAT services since the last terminated account more than 10 years. This billing came as a surprise and I consider this as unauthorized. I would like also to disclose that I received a call during the same period (week of March 20), apparently introduced as someone from CAT and asked about a CAT subscription. I told the person that I have not subscribed to any and mentioned that this has long been terminated (10 years ago). As soon as I mentioned this, the person immediately terminated the call. Then, comes my SOA from Citibank reflecting the charges.
In this regard, I am writing to formalize my complain and request for immediate reversal of the same. I have copied Citibank for reference.

Payment was made the following day April 25, 2019 through Touch Pay with receipt number 22689. We expect that we will the be reconnected, but until now we have no connection yet.
