Good day!

I am a Smart Retailer here in General Santos City. My Retailer Sim number is 09397787403. I joined the Smart Ka-Partner Program/Electronic Raffle Draw on July 2015. Last August 12, 2015, My wife received a call from a special number- 7078, with call agent named Gian San Juan, informing my wife that I won the Electronic Raffle which was drawn on July 31, 2015.He also explained further that he has no idea of my prize for they are only instructed to call and verify the winners.

According to Gian, there will be more calls that I would receive for verification purposes but no calls came. After a month, I called your hotline numbers (333) for updates and inquiries. A certain Julie Tendero advise me to go to my distributor for they are the ones who knew of my winning and attended my inquiries. I went to GENSAN PCOM, my distributor and they just told me to wait for further updates for they are still waiting for the Smart Head Office's email to them. On middle of September they asked for a photocopy of my two valid ID's for them to forward acopy to your Head Office. November is about to end, yet I still have no idea of what my prize is and when to claim it.

Few months ago I had been having data connection issues with smart then I have tried several times to contact customer service but all the rude agents kept dropping my call so I guess my number has been blocked from calling customer support. Now I have bought worth of 50 pesos electronic load for my sister and she sent a text message from a different number because the load I have sent her just got vanished. However, we are taking a time out of our lives to recognize one of your employees we had the fortune of meeting during our inquiry. This young lady is Miss Rosette Abitria.
We expressed our needs and Miss Rosette politely made suggestions along the way.We were concerned as to the service we might receive being as our province is so far from Manila. In fact, Batanes is the most northern province in the Philippines. On this island there is no authorized payment and service center. Miss Rosette was quick to point out the favorable options Smart offers. She made sure we were aware of any phone #'s for questions that might arise. She also gave us convenient payment options available to us.
To be quite honest with you there was, and still is, another company available to us; but because of Miss Rosette's professionalism and accommodating spirit she is the reason we decided on, and will continue to use Smart as for our communication needs.
Approximately, 2 or 3 months ago we had a question and remembered Rosette. We called and was told that she had taken a job at one of your Smart satellite offices at your Cash and Carry complex store.This was good for us as we sometimes stay on that side of Makati when visiting Manila for our shopping needs.
We visited her personally at your retail store and again were not disappointed with her upbeat attitude . At that time we wanted to let someone know of her work ethic. Her humble response was "But Sir/Ma'am, I am just doing my job." We insisted. This is when she made us aware of your customer care response site.
Now, in our humble opinion, we truly believe it is very beneficial for Smart to have a person such as Rosette Abitria working with your company.
