My loan was granted on may 23, 2013. After 1 week daw matatanggap ko na. But its been 2 weeks wala pa rin.

I would like to renew my salary loan but due to non posting of my payment for April and May my sss loan is rejected.May I request for posting of my payment for the said months. I will pay for the tuition fee of my children.

Hi! Good Day! I just wanna enquire on how I can correct my date of coverage. I started paying contributions as Voluntary member, I eventually got hired at a BPO company. I was not assisted with my first set up of contributions, unknowingly it would affect my coverage status. I was about to file my first salary loan but due to no date of coverage I was not eligible. SSS pasay branch asked me to make a letter to request the consolidation of my contributions but did not provide me any time frame of how long does it usually takes to be resolve. I hope you could help me with my concern.. thank's!
