HP Envy 27 - all in one - won't start

HP Envy 27 - all in one - won't start I actually have an HP Envy all in one 27 inch - p045 pc and it does not turn on.

Same issue here. My PC froze and I pressed the power button for a few seconds to turn it off so that I can reboot it. But, it isn’t turning on now. The light next to the power cable is on in my case as well but it is white instead of green. When PC is running it would turn to orange. Couldn’t find a way to open the back cover so you did a really great job. I missed a critical project deadline because of this issue. My best bet is to take it to a repair shop.
