Step 1
Prepare the needed requirements in applying for Chinabank ATM card:
- ₱2,000 initial deposit
- 2 pieces of your recent 1x1 picture (colored)
- 2 valid id's (Bring both original and photocopies. One ID should have a photo of you and other ID could be photo-bearing or non photo-bearing). Some of the valid id's accepted are:
- Company ID's issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by the BSP, SEC or IC
- School ID, duly signed by the principal or head of the school (for students who are beneficiaries of remittances or fund transfers who are not yet of voting age).
- Driver's License
- Passport
- National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance)
- Police Clearance
- Barangay Certification
- Postal ID
- Voter's ID
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
- Unified Multipurpose ID (UMID)
- Social Security System (SSS) ID
- Government Service and Insurance System (GSIS) e-Card
- Senior Citizen ID
- Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) ID
- Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) ID
- Seaman's Book
- Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) ID,
- Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) ID or PAG-IBIG ID
- Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Certification
- Certification from the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons (NCWDP)
- Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID
