Megawide Construction Corporation plans to establish a dividend policy

The Board of Directors of Megawide Construction Corporation, in its Regular Meeting held earlier today (June 26, 2012), approved the declaration of cash dividends in the amount of PhP 0.13 per share or total of Php150,024,528.20 out of the unrestricted retained earnings of the Corporation as of December 31, 2011, payable on August 15, 2012 to stockholders of record as of July 20, 2012.
