This is formally to complain about your internet services.

For a couple of weeks we experienced a slow internet for unknown reasons. We don't have any unpaid billing.

Herewith my globe broadband contract plan PLAN 1599 10MBPS 500GB. but upon doing some net speed test your speed highest MBS is only 7.81 while most of the time is below 5 which is down to 1 mbs.

I have three children who are having their online class and it affects their studies for this internet speed service.

Hoping for your immediate action on this.

Dear Sir,
This concerns my Globe At Home Plan with account number 105904195 broadband and landline plan, under the name of Grace Ganzon.
For the last 5 to 6 years, my internet Home Plan was less than Php800 a month since it is the only internet broadband you can provide.

On March 2020, after numerous follow-up requests to upgrade to a higher broadband connection, I was granted an additional 10 Mbps 1699 UNLI with monthly payments of Php1,605.35 and due to quarantine protocol was installed only on May 15, 2020. Please note that I was still calling and requesting for additional higher broadband.

On July 25, 2020, your office messages me offering a Globe at Homes Go UNLI Plan 2499 with an internet connection with a speed of up to 50Mbps and also get 2 FREE TP-LINK WIFI mesh devices to eliminate WIFI dead spot.

Upon receiving the message, I immediately applied for Plan 2499, because accordingly, that fiber optic is not available and an upgrade of 100 Mbps is not also feasible.

On August 19, 2020, a technician with work order 55903423 came to install the UNLI Plan 2499 with 2 Free TP-Link Wifi mesh devices. Upon completion, we, together with the installer, checked the speed connection and verified that the maximum Mbps it can generate is only 20Mbps and not 50 Mbps as offered.
Your installer has to call his principal office to inform you about the discrepancy. Your office instead told us to call Customer Service and address our complaint and to declare our line to be faulty so that for them to service; meanwhile, I am paying for a plan with a shortchanged Wifi connection.
I inquired from the installer if a fiber optic is already available in our area, and he said yes, as a matter of fact, there are open slots at the Globe box in front of our building. He was suggesting for me to apply for migration, which I had been doing early last year.

Meanwhile, a fiber-optic connection is still pending. I demand a connection of 50mbps and not 20mbps.
I am also aware that the 50mbps are not dedicated, but having a wide discrepancy is not acceptable. At this time, upon writing you, I checked the internet speed, it is ranging from 12mbps to 19 or 20 Mbps.

In the event that this will not be acted upon within five days of receipt. I will make a formal complaint with the DTI Dept of Trade and Industry on Truth of Advertising, copy furnished to the Office of the President of the Philippine under fraudulent advertisement.
As you will know, I have four students, one international studying online, and the fast wifi connection is essential during this pandemic period. I am formally applying again for a fiber-optic connection.
Kindly attend to my concern and address it the soonest possible time.
