This is worst ! Ive been calling since the box arrived in sucat . i always update and track it . it exceeded their time limit for delivery. And theres no progress at all. Our box arrived at sucat delivery hub since feb 10 . tracking number : 1124969640.

I would like to know of what exact days and hours does the parcel deliver from Manila to Cayagan de oro? Frankly, I was being anxious of the parcel that my fiancé delivered through LBC. Based on my research, the delivery should within 48 hours and the transit time is 1-2 business days. We always checked the tracking number on your webpage but it seems the result is over 48 hours and it’s already 6 days since FORWARDED TO CAGAYAN DISTRIBUTION. Kindly please checked and follow-up our parcel, tracking number 1105677125.

I have a problem regarding about my order in Paymaya Card Store, I receive an email from paymaya saying that the item is already picked up by the courier partner which is the JAM express last January 31, 2018. After that I started tracking the delivery progress, suddenly the data is not available that time in JAM express tracking. Yet still I'm waiting the delivery, until last February 6, 2018 there is no delivery so I checked the tracking in JAM express and I found out that the item is shipped by LBC, when I check it in LBC tracking it says that the item is already in LBC Coron branch arrived last February 1, 2018 then February 3, 2018 arrived again in coron in tracking also when I look at LBC tracking they delivered the item twice in my given address dated February 2 and 3, 2018 but I ask the security guard in my address and He told me that there is no LBC delivery on the said date given by LBC tracking we try to look at the security Logbook and there is no LBC delivery log. I visited the LBC Coron branch yesterday February 7, 2018 to ask and check about my order because in tracking said that the item is ready for claiming. The clerk on duty even the delivery boy said that the item is already going back to the origin without trying to find it on there storage area. By the way my tracking no. is 500000000422423, COD terms. The tracking data always note that there is payment issue, the package is COD term so the payment would be settle upon receiving the item.

tama bang reason ung hapon na at wala na magdedeliver sa bahay? for deliver sa mismong bahay ung package pero tatawag ung lbc para ipa pick up ung package. anung klaseng reason un? wala na raw panahon para ideliver ung package kaya tatawag para ipakuha.

Hi po, what happened to LBC Integrated? I used shoppee then twice I encountered the "incorrect address" this is the same with my billing address. Ano pong nangyayari? I just so disappointed po because, I never received any calls from the courier service or staff when the delivery is expected within the day. They texted me once but it's too late because the item is already back to seller. Hope maayos na po.

Tracking No. 781000790025. Your online tracking service said that 2 attempts were made to deliver this pkg. That is not correct. The first one on Jan 125 said no one at location. There is always someone here. The 2nd on Jan 26th said told to postpone that is also not correct. I want this delivery. Please advise.
