Hello i would like to escalate my complain regarding my parcel with tracking number 173055633832 ship last oct 29 by mrs pathy soriano from cavite..i tracked it yesterday but it was brought to sorsogon branch as oct 30 at around1 am by ur delivery team knowing that my address written and under my name on the pouch is marie france ilustre at 8 evangelista st brgy 23 batangas city 4200

Yun pinaship saken since October 12 wala pa. Sabe Tracking October 13 pa naforward sa Lipa Delivery Hub pero ngayon October 25 na!!! Manila lang galling ang shipment wala pa din update?
Baka naman pwedeng mafollow up!!!

Ordered a book last Sept. 24. Tracking no. 20000001129945 came out Oct. 4, which took too long already. My daughter needs this book BADLY for school!!! Malapit na midterms and book not yet delivered. Traced it and said it's in Solutions Crossdock Alabang. Heard some bad reviews abt this place, mostly delays! PLEASE expedite delivery of this book, as in, Monday or Tuesday. Will await your reply. Hi LBC, just want to ask some updates about sa package po na tatanggapin ko sana kanina tumawag po yung delivery staff niyo tapos sabi niya ngayun daw hapon at nag antay ako pero wala namn akong natanggap kahit text na di matutuloy di man lang nag update sa akin ako nga pala ang receiver pero sinubukan kong tawagan yung contact number ng staff di ko na ma contact baka pwede niyo maayos po.
