I have booked cebu to davao route on June 18, 2019 and i haven't received an email regarding the flight i booked and i havent get the itinerary and i pasid it through my credit card and i received a confirmation from my credit card and it was charged, how can i confirm it and how can i contact customer care. This is Mrs. Mellou Racal, the wife of one your passenger, Mr. John Mark Racal, who unfortunately lost his luggage in Bangkok, Thailand today. My husband was informed in NAIA that he can claim his luggage once he arrive in Bangkok. But for some reason his luggage did not arrived in the said country.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the way your airline handles passenger luggage. All important documents for work are in the luggage together with all my husband's daily consumption.

We wanted to know where the luggage is and we demand some compensation on the hassle your airline cause to my husband. Once you located Mr. Racal's luggage please send it back to Dumaguete for my husband is already traveling.
