Good Day I am a cardholder of Smartmoney 5577 5126 6378 0126 As i widraw my balance this evening at Atm machine located at International Wiring System, LIPZ San Miguel Tarlac it take more minutes i've waited for the dispensing the money that i widraw but no more money dispense only my card. But, again when i try to widraw only 54.65. with ref 013336841653. I received a txt message from my smartmoney account. stating. . . .02Dec1946: unable to process the transaction. your widrawal of 3,700 from card Danmorela was reversed. Avail is 54.65. May I ask what is branch location address of BDO with a branch code no. of "163"? The BDO branch located at West Ave, near corner EDSA, Quezon City. I deposited for my loadcentral cellphone loading business but loadcentral requires the location addressd of BDO branch that I deposited because it seems many BDO branches in West Ave. so they inquired me which location address. The deposit slip only mention "163cd" as branch code.

Hi, I tried to call all the numbers but to no avail I will try this one. I hope you can answer me the soonest. Im in the states and transferred money to my sister in philippines to her bdo account. I used the routing number of bdo-bank of new york mellon which paypal was able to recognize and get thru with the transfer. I saw that its been completed since July 24 but my sister cannot see it reflected to her account. Good Day,

I'm Arlene Bugay, one of your clients, i'm asking your good office to pay attention on my simple problem but yet valuable to me. It regards to my son's transactions at one of your ATM machines located at SM Dasmarinas City. It was happened last July 16, 2013. He uses a BPI ATM card when he widraw from BDO ATM machine the amount of Ten Thousand pesos(10,000), the machine dispense 9pcs of 1,000 bills and 1 piece of 100 bill... in this regards my son did not notice that the amount he had received from the machine is not correct/the same with the amount he was expected to dispense which is 10,000 pesos. He left the machine without counting the money ..he's not aware of it.

Early in the morning on the next day, he go to the school's accounting dept. to pay his tuition and when he give the money to the cashier it was only that time that he know that the money is only 9,100 pesos and not 10,000. He automatically called my attention but since I'm out of the country, I just tell him to go to BDO-SM Dasma branch and report the said problem. Since it was an examination week, he never drop by at BDO immediately instead he visited the branch after 3 days. One of the person in that branch told him that it's too late to solve the problem coz days has passed already. In short he was very sad, he will not make the money back.

He was very upset, he has been doing widrawals transactions at your BDO atm machines since last year and it just only happened to him now....he was now afraid to do transactions again.

My concern is.....if there's any rule with regards to this case...most of your new clients are not aware of this especially my son. My son lost 900 pesos already and where should be it goes? As i know, bank have daily reconciliation at the end of every banking day and before any of your staff put the money inside the machine, it seems that they did not count it properly because if they do, how come that100 peso bill inserted or mixed with those 1,000 bills? Please explain! By the way, this ATM card is under my name"Arlene Bugay" with an account no. C/A 095-0005173.

I am your customer/clients for almost 2years... and I very proud to be a member of your organization. I really trusted your bank.

Your attention on this matter will be highly appreciated....Please help me as soon as possible.
